The WELL is a church community with a passion to LIVE for Jesus, LOVE others and SERVE our community.

Jesus never saw church as a place to go but a people who are learning to love him and love others. At the WELL we hope to connect or reconnect people with the God who loves them deeply and see them follow Jesus.
Our mantra is LIVE LOVE SERVE: We want to see every person;

LIVE - Experience the grace of Jesus and turn their lives over to following him. 
LOVE - Get connected in community, a family of people who can challenge you help you as you learn and grow together. Growing in right relationships with your family, friends, and neighbors. 
SERVE - Live on mission for the gospel in your everyday life. Serving the broken and forgotten in your community. Engaging with God's mission for the world. 

The WELL is a network of missional communities, or "Community Groups" – small groups of people, joined by the gospel, pursuing the renewal and redemption of their community together. 

Community Groups are NOT just a small group, Bible study, support group, activist group, or a weekly meeting. It can be all of these things and more. 

Our Community Groups meet for the purpose of worshiping, growing, living in community, accountability, and mission. This is how we make disciples!

Values

Lead people to find and follow Jesus - At the WELL we hope to connect or reconnect people with Jesus who loves them deeply and lead them to a life of following him. We focus on discipleship as a whole.

Be a real community - A life of following Jesus was not intended to be walked alone instead when you join with Jesus you join a family to do life with.  

Go and Do, not Come and Sit - Church is not a Sunday morning service. Church is the activity of the people of God. That's why we focus on living out the gospel in the community.

Passionate about changing lives - We believe the sign of God on our lives is the evidence of a changed life.   

Intentionally develop servant leaders - We model our leadership after that of Jesus, a servant. We are all uniquely gifted and God wants to use each of us. 

Encourage relational evangelism - We don't preach at you! God's message of forgiveness through Christ is most effectively conveyed within the context of personal relationships.    

Unleash a culture of generosity - We want to unleash a new generation of people willing to give their time, energy and resources for the sake of God’s work.
